Demand Generation Manager (UAE / KSA focus) – QuickTax Accounting

Role Overview

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our marketing funnel:

Traffic → Qualified Lead → Conversation → Booked Call → Client

This is not a “run ads” role.

You will be responsible for lead quality, conversion, and pipeline generation, working closely with sales and founders.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the full funnel

·      Optimize the entire journey: Ads → Landing → WhatsApp → Sales

·      Identify and fix drop-offs at each stage

·      Improve lead quality (not just volume)

2. Manage and improve paid acquisition

·      Oversee campaigns (currently via Meta + vendor)

·      Improve targeting, creatives, and messaging

·      Expand into new channels (Google Search, LinkedIn, others)

3. Improve conversion

·      Optimize landing pages (structure, messaging, trust)

·      Work on WhatsApp entry and follow-ups

·      Increase conversion to real conversations and booked calls

4. Build trust & content

·      Develop testimonials and case studies

·      Improve “why trust us” messaging

·      Support founder-led positioning

5. Run experiments

·      Launch and test new ideas weekly (ads, pages, messaging)

·      Move fast — iterate based on data, not assumptions

6. Develop new channels

·      Identify and test new acquisition channels

·      Focus on qualified demand, not traffic volume

7. Support partnerships

·      Work with business setup firms, free zones, and partners

·      Help launch and optimize partner-driven lead generation

·      Track performance of partnership channel

8. Work closely with sales

·      Align on lead quality and ICP

·      Learn from sales calls and objections

·      Continuously improve messaging

Primary

·      Cost per Qualified Lead (CQL)

·      Cost per Client Acquisition (CAC)

Funnel

·      Lead → Qualified Lead %

·      Qualified Lead → Conversation %

·      Conversation → Call booked %

Channel

·      CQL by channel

·      Landing → Lead conversion rate

Execution

·      Number of experiments per week

·      Speed of launching campaigns

Partnerships

·      Leads and clients generated from partners

·      CAC and CQL for partnership channel
