We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our clients throughout the entire order process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Process customer orders accurately from quotation to delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Provide clients with product, pricing, and order updates.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely follow-up.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
