Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our clients throughout the entire order process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Process customer orders accurately from quotation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Provide clients with product, pricing, and order updates.
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
