Customer Data Quality Officer

Job Purpose

  • Coordinate with business users for solving identified data quality issues.
  • Participate in User Acceptance testing.
  • Conduct business users training for New application. 

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain high data quality standard across system by identifying issues and coordinating with business users for reporting and for corrective action.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new business solution and working closely with business users for fast and comprehensive acceptance testing 
  • Conduct Business User Training for new application mainly for CRM/DBS/BI Products such as Salesforce, Tableau, DBS etc
  • Provide Level 1 Support for Business Users
  • Reporting and documenting Technical Issues

Job Complexity

  • Excellent communication and IT organizational skill is required
  • Candidate must be expert in using excel and familiar with excel formulas
  • Candidate should have data entry skills and data auditing capabilities
