Compliance Officer – TASC Outsourcing
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to laws and regulations specific to Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, KYC/CDD and ABC.
- Ensures compliance with FCC laws and regulations
- Contribution to mitigate the risk of enforcement actions and regulatory fines
- Stays abreast with FCC regulatory developments to ensure that relevant changes are being monitored, assessed and embedded accordingly.
- Advisory of the Business and other stakeholders on FCC matters
- Contribution to conducting AML Risk Assessment on UAB new products/ services
