As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting central functions such as HR, Finance, Risk and other corporate disciplines, along with exposure to corporate assets. The role offers broad scope and visibility, focusing on managing and executing investigations, alongside shaping and embedding ethics and compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and awareness initiatives across the business.

Description
· Take ownership of internal compliance investigations, managing matters from initial assessment through to resolution and follow‑up actions
· Advise corporate services teams on ethics and compliance considerations, providing pragmatic, business‑focused guidance
· Develop, roll out, and maintain compliance policies, standards, and internal controls
· Identify and assess compliance and conduct risks, recommending mitigation strategies aligned with business operations
· Design and deliver compliance and ethics training to promote awareness and accountability across the organisation
· Monitor regulatory trends and emerging best practices, translating these into practical improvements
· Contribute to ongoing enhancements of compliance processes, tools, and governance structures
Profile
· 10 – 15 years of experience in compliance, ethics or regulatory roles within complex regulatory environments.
· Must have end – to- end investigations experience, with exposure to handling sensitive and high-impact matters.
· Must have experience in non-financial sectors (Financial services/banking/investment sector backgrounds are not suitable for this role)
· Comfortable working closely with corporate functions and senior stakeholders
· Proven ability to implement frameworks, influence behaviour, and drive compliance culture
· Commercial, composed, and credible, with strong judgement and communication skills
· Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
