Commercial Manager – Arabian Construction Company
The Role
Site based commercial manager required to:
- Control, monitor and administer the contractual and commercial requirements and obligations arising out of projects in the Middle East (predominantly UAE)
- Provide input, support, and advice to project team with the objective of minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery, and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute; and
- Deal with, and resolve, problematic contractual issues and disputes whilst safeguarding the company’s interests.
