A leading contracting organization is looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial and contractual functions across major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall commercial and contractual management of infrastructure projects.
- Manage contracts, claims, variations, disputes and negotiations.
- Oversee project commercial performance, including cost control, budgets and profitability.
- Lead and manage Commercial Managers, QS and Contracts teams.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts.
