Color Specialist – RTC1 Recruitment Services
- Develop and match colors using spectrophotometers and color software based on client samples or specifications.
- Maintain and update color formulations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in collaboration with R&D and production teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues during production, while supporting quality control and product testing.
- Support marketing and sales with color palettes, promotional materials, and technical training for internal teams and clients.
