Collections Analyst (UAE National) – Madison Pearl

Madison Pearl is partnering with a well known bank for an opportunity Collections Analyst within their Credit department in Abu Dhabi. The purpose of this role is to reduce the losses and increase the profits from the

collection of accounts defaulted on repayment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage collections and recovery activities by following up with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
• Monitor unpaid accounts, aging receivables, and collection queues while using bank collection systems.
• Handled customer queries, payment issues, and settlement negotiations within defined turnaround times and policy guidelines.
• Prepare management reports, recovery calculations, legal documentation, and escalation cases including police actions and civil suits for high-risk accounts.
• Coordinated with internal departments to ensure effective collections operations, risk mitigation, compliance with procedures, and improvement in recovery rates.
