Civil Site Engineer – Lionshark Middle East Contracting LLC
1. Oversee on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and clients to align project objectives and resolve technical discrepancies.
3. Conduct regular quality inspections on materials, structural components, and construction processes; document findings and implement corrective actions.
4. Manage project schedules, monitor progress against timelines, and optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to meet deadlines.
5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including site reports, inspection logs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
6. Resolve on-site technical issues promptly, provide engineering solutions, and ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.
7. Supervise site labor, ensure proper use of construction equipment, and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
8. Collaborate in cost control efforts, track material usage, and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of quality materials.
