Child Nursery Manager
We are looking for an experienced and professional Nursery Manager to lead the operations of our nursery branch in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience in managing nursery operations, staff, parent relations, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the nursery branch
Supervise teachers and staff and maintain high performance standards
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Ensure compliance with nursery policies and relevant local authority regulations
Handle parent communication in a professional and effective manner
Oversee admissions, enrollments, and branch administration
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily workflow
Support curriculum implementation and daily educational activities
Prepare reports and coordinate with management as required
Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, safety, and education
