Chief Technology Officer – TASC Outsourcing
About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives in Dubai. The CTO will drive innovation, optimize technology infrastructure, and ensure the seamless integration of emerging technologies to support business growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business objectives – Lead and oversee digital transformation projects across all business units – Architect scalable and secure technology solutions, including cloud adoption and enterprise systems – Manage and mentor high-performing engineering, IT and product development teams – Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to prioritize technology investments – Establish governance frameworks, policies and best practices for technology operations – Monitor technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization – Oversee technology budgeting, resource allocation and vendor management
