Description
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and risk management.Lead and manage the accounting and finance department.Monitor and control cash flow, costs, and financial performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making processes.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful CFO should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Ability to communicate in German to business standard.Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA.Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.Experience in B2B services is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in financial software and tools.
