Profile
A successful CFO should have:
A strong background in accounting and finance within the energy and natural resources sector.MUST have EXTENSIVE Oil and Gas sector experience.MUST hold a financial qualification, ideally Big 4.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
