About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally charming, intelligent, and persuasive Call Center Agent to join our team full-time in our Dubai office. This is not a remote role. Native-level English is essential for this role, as the position requires flawless, confident communication and the ability to build trust and persuade partners over the phone without any language barriers.
The position focuses on outbound calls to CRM partners, where your ability to build instant rapport, capture attention, and confidently convince people over the phone is key to success.
