Overview Of The Role:

The Buying Executive is responsible for prospecting, sourcing, and purchasing vehicles to meet stock requirements at advised purchase prices. The role is crucial for maintaining balanced stock age and achieving set financial goals including gross margin targets. Working within the Automall, the position demands a customer-focused approach, ensuring clients receive a delightful experience. This role plays a critical part in the success of the buying team, being the sole source of vehicles for the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect and purchase required vehicles at the recommended price to meet monthly purchase targets.
• Achieve the budgeted Gross Margin consistently by negotiating favorable terms.
• Ensure stock mix is balanced and appropriately priced to promote faster turnover and meet stock age targets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the ‘Al Futtaim Way of Behaviour’.
• Optimize every opportunity to source vehicles for purchasing and selling through wholesale channels to meet trade sale targets.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspections and ensure correct valuation on all purchases.
