Business Setup Manager (Remote / UAE Company Formation) – QuickTax Accounting
We are expanding our corporate services team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Setup Manager who understands UAE jurisdictions and can manage the end-to-end company formation process for multiple clients in a fast-paced, digital environment. Your main responsibility will be guiding clients through incorporation, managing legal documentation, processing visas, and assisting with corporate bank account openings for UAE-based businesses.

We are expanding our corporate services team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Setup Manager who understands UAE jurisdictions and can manage the end-to-end company formation process for multiple clients in a fast-paced, digital environment. Your main responsibility will be guiding clients through incorporation, managing legal documentation, processing visas, and assisting with corporate bank account openings for UAE-based businesses.
Your Role:
- Full-Cycle Company Formation Manage the complete setup cycle for client companies, from initial consultation and jurisdiction selection (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) to trade license issuance.
- Documentation & Compliance Prepare and review key incorporation documents, including Memorandum of Association (MOA), shareholder resolutions, and lease agreements.
- Visa & Immigration Processing Manage establishment card applications, investor/employment visa processing, and Emirates ID procedures for clients and their employees.
- Corporate Bank Account Opening Assist clients with the preparation of documents for opening corporate bank accounts and help them navigate KYC and compliance requirements of UAE banks.
- Government Portals & CRM Work with UAE government portals, Free Zone authorities’ platforms, and internal CRM systems (like Zoho or Salesforce) to track application statuses.
- Client Communication Interact with clients to collect required KYC documents, clarify setup procedures, and explain legal or compliance matters in a clear and professional way.
- Process Analysis Identify bottlenecks in the setup process, investigate issues such as delayed approvals or rejected applications, and ensure smooth resolution with authorities.
