WHAT WE DO
painting, floor and wall tiling, carpentry and wood flooring, false ceilings and light partitions, air-conditioning and ventilation, electrical works.
We take on work in every one of these trades — single-trade packages or full multi-trade jobs, new build and refurbishment, on any scale.
THE ROLE
Find the work and close it, across every channel:
- Developers — fit-out and finishing packages on residential and commercial developments
- Main contractors and fit-out companies — subcontract packages where they need capacity
- Property management companies and real estate agencies — refurbishment, reinstatement, annual maintenance contracts
- Facility management companies — technical works and maintenance packages
- Consultants and interior designers — specification and referral
- Hotels, clinics, retail, offices, villas and private owners — direct work
You qualify the opportunity, carry out the site visit, issue and follow up the quotation, negotiate and close. You follow through on collections for the business you bring. You build supplier registrations and prequalification files. You work alongside the estimator on pricing and margin.
