Brand Development Executive – Neweast General Trading

Duties & Responsibility

Business Development

–         Identify new business opportunities across European and heavy‑duty segments.

–         Support expansion of product and brand portfolios based on market demand and competitor benchmarking.

–         Conduct detailed study for new part numbers, including technical validation and market feasibility.

–         Add new part numbers within existing brands to strengthen product offering.

–         Perform gap analysis for brands to identify missing SKUs and opportunities.

–         Execute price comparison for parallel sources to ensure competitive positioning.

Brand Development (HED & EUD)

–         HED Range Development: Drive specialized project expansion across Undercarriage and Heavy-Duty lines, including Link Assemblies, Rollers, Idlers, and Sprockets.

–         EUD Range Development: Support expansion and technical sourcing for key European automotive product lines, including Brake Pads/Discs, Radiators & Cooling Parts, and Steering Pumps.

–         Support private label brand growth through product sourcing, packaging development, and quality benchmarking.

–         Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; conduct audits and negotiate commercial terms.

–         Develop and introduce new product groups based on market trends and customer requirements.

–         Coordinate with technical teams for validation of new parts, ensuring compliance with automotive and industrial standards.

–         Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and brand positioning studies to enhance brand performance.

Coordination

Sales Team (UAE & Oman)

–         Collaborate with the sales team to understand market demands and translate them into actionable product strategies.

–         Provide product insights, technical support, and pricing recommendations to support sales efforts.

–         Address queries and ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and procurement teams.

KSA Team

–         Serve as the primary point of contact for operations, sales, and product-related activities in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

–         Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders in the region.

–         Monitor market trends and customer feedback in KSA to align product offerings with local requirements.

IT Team

–         Act as the main liaison with the IT team to resolve e-Ordering issues faced by the sales team.

–         Formulate IT requests for new report developments and assist in rolling out new IT modules to the sales force.

Finance Team for Payments:

–         Follow up with the Finance team regarding payments and ensure that supplier payments are made on time.
