Barista – 1 month (Nepali) – Alpha Data Recruitment
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, including proficiency in specialty coffee and manual brewing methods (e.g., V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.). You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and customer experience are top priorities.
Location: DIFC, Dubai
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage knowledgeably about coffee with guests.
- Support teammates and contribute positively to the shop’s culture and workflow.
- Be proactive in identifying areas that need attention, even beyond your assigned duties.
