The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a profitable and efficient bar environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of beverage management, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Bar Manager will work closely with staff to develop menus, manage inventory, and implement promotional strategies to enhance the bar’s offerings. Responsibilities:

3. Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotional events to attract customers.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.

7. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
