Overview Of The Role:

  • The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B sales of display solutions, such as LED/LCD TVs, hospitality TVs, and signage TVs, to corporate clients, hotels, and system integrators. The role involves managing relationships with various stakeholders, achieving significant sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales and installation processes.

What You Will Do:

Sales Management

  • Achieve sales targets and margin goals through various corporate clients, hotels, and the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel owners, procurement teams, consultants, architects, contractors, AV system integrators, and ICT solution providers.
  • Develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Build sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Ensure smooth execution from order to installation, tracking project timelines and resolving client issues.

Financial Management

  • Achieve a sales target of 21 Million AED for the financial year 2026.
  • Ensure collection of receivables from customers, meeting monthly collection targets.
