Aviation Manager – Manpower Group Middle East
Role Overview
A leading organization is seeking a highly experienced Aviation Manager to oversee aviation operations across multiple locations in South Asia. This strategic position involves comprehensive oversight of operational, safety, maintenance, and financial functions, ensuring full compliance, operational reliability, and alignment with corporate aviation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage aviation activities across multiple sites and operations, providing oversight on behalf of the corporate aviation function.
- Act as the primary liaison and reporting point to the organization’s ultimate aviation oversight body.
- Review monthly reports covering Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and Finance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quarterly internal audits using key performance indicators (KPIs) as benchmarks.
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS); manage investigations of incidents or accidents.
- Audit both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure aircraft uptime exceeds 98%.
- Monitor flight schedule reliability, crew training compliance, and overall operational performance.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly performance reports and KPIs to leadership.
- Provide an annual oversight summary, including fleet analysis, safety performance, and budget recommendations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions at regional headquarters, contributing to long-term aviation strategy.
- Be available for ad-hoc travel to remote or tertiary airport locations as required.
