This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Painter at EFR Motorsport located in Mussafah, M20. The Automotive Painter should be proficient in preparing vehicle bodies & other parts for painting, must know how to approach various jobs in the most efficient way and have the willingness to learn new ways of painting and techniques.
The candidate must be located in the United Arab Emirates at the time of interviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting or coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming).
- Mix and apply automotive paints and finishes according to specifications.
- Perform powder coating including setup, application, and curing processes.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Follow safety protocols, including handling chemicals and operating spray booths/ovens.
- Perform touch-ups, rework, and color matching as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
