- Provide customer service and facilitating the use of the arcade and bowling facility.
- Ensure all arcade machines and bowling alleys are always cleaned and in good condition.
- Report to the Arcade Supervisor regarding any issue related to operations and maintenance concern.
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and adherence to rules.
