Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage customer tickets on the ticketing platform in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform operational tasks as per defined SOPs.
- Contact customers for validation and clarification of return/after-sales requests when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and resolution of cases within agreed SLAs.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Share structured feedback with Team Leaders (TLs) and Managers regarding trends, issues, and operational challenges.
- Maintain high accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
