Aftersales Executive – Noon – TASC Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage customer tickets on the ticketing platform in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform operational tasks as per defined SOPs.
  • Contact customers for validation and clarification of return/after-sales requests when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and resolution of cases within agreed SLAs.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Share structured feedback with Team Leaders (TLs) and Managers regarding trends, issues, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain high accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
