Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – Compliance & Invoicing to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations with a focus on compliance documentation, invoicing, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update internal records and databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding documentation and billing matters
  • Follow up on missing documents and pending approvals
  • Ensure all files are complete and properly maintained
  • Identify compliance risks and escalate when necessary
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners regarding compliance matters
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, compliance support, invoicing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English
