Accountant – Business Enhancers
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial trends and variances.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with the UAE tax regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, ensuring discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of employee salaries and benefits.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes to financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role, preferably within the recruitment or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
