Account Manager – Alert International
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting account growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, working closely with senior management to provide tailored solutions and maintain exceptional service standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with senior management to align client expectations with company capabilities
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through value-added solutions
- Coordinate internally across teams to deliver seamless client service
- Monitor account performance and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Travel as required within the GCC to support client needs and maintain relationships
- Act as a professional and reliable representative of the company at all times
