 Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activity and conditions to drive strategic decisions and business growth.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, government agencies and clients to secure new projects and investments.

 Source and evaluate development opportunities, negotiate deals, prepare financial projections and assist in budgeting for new projects.

 Collaborate with sales teams for marketing strategies, forge strategic alliances and prepare proposals and presentations to secure support for new developments.
