Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the mall, ensuring all departments (retail, security, facilities, housekeeping, marketing) run efficiently, meet targets and provide a positive customer experience.
• Manage tenant relations, lease negotiations and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy, revenue and footfall while aligning campaigns with business objectives.
• Lead, train and motivate mall staff, ensuring high performance, customer service excellence and compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
