Job Description:
- Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets, conducting on-site repairs for kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Support routine checks and repairs to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently.
- Coordinate with outlet managers on maintenance needs, document actions taken, and update records at the head office.
