Logistics Executive – Anzaa Consultants

The Logistics Executive plays a crucial role in the efficient management of the supply chain within the oil & gas / chemicals industry. This position involves coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining optimal inventory levels and doing the documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics processes and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process from procurement to delivery.
2. Processing logistics documents such as BOE, Letter of credit etc.
3. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the logistics operations.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments and inventory.
6. Laison with the government authorities such as SIRA, MOFA, Dubai customs.
7. Take care of custom clearance.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance logistics processes.
