- Preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Stay updated with IFRS regulations and ensure all financial reporting adheres to these standards.
- Liaison, processing of queries, collection, and provision of information to external auditors.
- Assist in the budgeting process and the Reporting Team in closing all audit matters on time.
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, providing detailed explanations and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and provide insights on liquidity, cash management, and financial planning.
- Effectively communicate financial information to Management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies.
- Strong working skills in accounting software (1C 8.2 and 8.3) and MS Office (Excel is essential)
- Maintain Company payroll
- Preparation of payment orders on internet banking
- Processing and entry of bank transactions into accounting program
- Checking and control over accounts payable
- Checking and control over accounts receivable
- Maintain fixed asset registration files.
- Processing daily transactions and bookkeeping exploiting the accounting program
- Processing and entry of employee advance reports into accounting program
- Preparing reconciliation reports with vendors
- Preparing Balance sheet statement
- Preparing Profit/Loss statement
- Preparing Cash Flow statement
- Preparing Cash Forecast statement
- Stay updated on accounting standards, best practices, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and prepare tax returns.
- Executing line manager’s and department heads’ verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties
- Other duties assigned by CEO and CFO
