Recruiter Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in construction recruitment (white- & blue-collar).
  • Create technical recruitment documents for sourcing and analysis.
  • Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a strong sourcing strategy to attract skilled candidates.
  • Coordinate with clients/teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Post job vacancies on online and offline platforms.
  • Research and apply effective recruitment models.
  • Conduct clear and structured interviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
