Job Description: 

 Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and policy development

 Develop, review, and update company policies; ensuring policies are communicated effectively and consistently enforced, with regular audits to reflect changes in the business or HR best practices

 Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews and onboarding new hire and align staffing with company needs

 Supervise payroll and benefits processes, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs

 Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in employee development and feedback
