Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
· Manage office & Factories operations, supplies, and facilities.
· Maintain and organize company documents and records.
· Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and schedules.
· Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
HR Tasks:
· Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Support in payroll processing and tracking employee attendance.
· Manage employee benefits, leave, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
