The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources and administrative functions within a real estate recruitment agency. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  4. Coordinate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.
  5. Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
  6. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  7. Organize and manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  8. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  9. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
