A leading FMCG company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive business growth across Africa. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of African markets, and a proven track record in FMCG sales.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share across key African regions.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

  • Extensive experience in FMCG sales with a strong focus on African markets.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale sales operations across multiple countries.
  • Strong network within distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes across Africa.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
