- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share across key African regions.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Extensive experience in FMCG sales with a strong focus on African markets.
- Proven ability to lead and scale sales operations across multiple countries.
- Strong network within distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes across Africa.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
