  • Will need in depth experience and understanding of HR processes. We have multiple systems here for recruitment, payroll and self service, performance management, etc… Needs to be someone who can sit with HR and talk HR with them, understand their pains, what would make their lives easier and propose either process changes or systems.
  • Needs to be able to articulate how the HR processes should work in the system.
  • Some level of Project Management experience will be needed to drive some of the initiatives with implementers.
  • A consulting background like ex-PwC or others would be useful for the way they manage stakeholders, etc…
  • Systems experience such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Lever, Cornerstone
  • Expert skills on Microsoft Office Apps especially (Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coordination follow-up.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
