Group Procurement Manager – RTC1 Recruitment Services

Job Description:

• Lead and manage procurement activities, including pre-qualification, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, tender management and ensuring quality and cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and risk management procedures to optimize costs, drive performance and support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, delegate tasks across departments and supervise purchasing agents to ensure timely delivery and compliance with organizational goals.
