- Develop sales strategies to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and manage staff while conducting performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory control and direct visual merchandising to create an appealing showroom.
- Prepare and manage the budget, optimizing costs and generating performance reports for senior management.
