ForgeRock Operational Support SME – VDart

We are seeking a ForgeRock Operational Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ForgeRock identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ForgeRock components and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for ForgeRock IAM solutions, ensuring high availability and system performance.
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize ForgeRock components (AM, IDM, DS, IG) based on business requirements.
  • System Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security of ForgeRock environments.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions meet security and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, incident resolutions, and system performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ForgeRock IAM solutions.
  • Experience with operational support, incident resolution, and security best practices.
