Fit Out Project Manager – RTC1 Recruitment Services

• Ensure all aspects of the project are covered, including site visits for gathering essential information
• Analyze drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed specifications
• Use estimation models and tools to break down costs, factoring in labor, materials, and time requirements
• Work closely with subcontractors to obtain pricing for various project elements
• Maintain a cost database, prepare estimates, and present detailed reports on project costs and trends
