Factory Estimator – RTC1 Recruitment Services

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery, woodwork projects, including furniture, fittings, and other related products and fit out items.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine material and labor requirements for joinery work and fit out works
• Liaise with the design and production teams to ensure accurate cost estimation based on project needs and production capabilities.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and quotations for joinery projects, ensuring all relevant costs are accounted for.
• Monitor ongoing projects to track costs and update estimates as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, tenders, and quotations for future reference and auditing.
