Estimator – Silver Shore

As a leading Architectural Hardware Supplier in UAE, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced estimator, preferably with knowledge in the selection of architectural hardware for various door types based on door location and operation. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in distinguishing door types including door material, door dimensions, door fire rating, door acoustic rating, access control requirements amongst other factors. This role is crucial supporting our sales and business development team by providing technically precise quotations that meet our clients’ specifications and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to accurately assess the ironmongery requirements for various projects.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive hardware schedules for projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals and bids for client projects.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and the sales team regarding ironmongery selections and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
• Perform site visits when necessary to ensure accuracy of estimates and suitability of proposed solutions.
