Warehouse In Charge – Rofo Trading
A Delivery and Receiving In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the flow of goods into and out of a facility, including managing staff, inspecting incoming shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records and outgoing orders. Key duties include checking deliveries against invoices, storing goods properly, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers and other departments, and maintaining a clean and organized receiving area.
Key responsibilities
-Receiving and inspection:
-Supervise the receiving area and manage the -flow of incoming shipments.
-Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming goods -for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
-Verify delivery contents against invoices and -resolve any issues with suppliers.
Inventory management:
-Update inventory records accurately after receiving goods.
-Stock, store, or transfer items to their designated locations.
-Maintain organized and clean storage areas.
Shipping and order fulfillment:
-Manage the picking, packing, and dispatching of outgoing orders.
-Ensure the accuracy of packaging products and process orders for shipment.
