Job Description:
Take and relay customer orders to the kitchen, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
Provide attentive and courteous service, addressing any customer needs or concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Prepare tables for new guests by setting utensils, napkins, and glassware, and clean tables thoroughly after customers leave.
Process payments, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts, while maintaining accuracy in billing.
