Visitor Experience – UAE National – Al Nahiya Group

• UAE nationals
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (others a plus)
• Relevant Experience: museums, cultural sites, or tourism
• Education: Degree in Tourism, History, Arts, or related field
• Customer Service: Proven track record (e.g., awards, references, KPIs)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working in Shifts , AM and PM shift
• Acceptance to be photographed
• Public-facing role, serving at Ticketing Counter, Taking visitor in a site Tours, completing visitor interviews…etc
