Al-Futtaim Education Foundation’s Train to Hire Programme is a fully-funded pathway designed to develop the next generation of Emirati educators. We welcome UAE National graduates from any bachelor’s degree discipline who are passionate about shaping young minds and committed to a career in education.
Participants will earn a fully-funded Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Birmingham — a world-class institution — while gaining hands-on classroom experience one of Dubai’s leading international schools.
